Technical Turbo 350 Help

Pulled the pan to change the oil and this valve fell out. Having trouble finding any reference to what holds it in. Thanks

 

take off the valve body, there's a roll pin that drops in from the top.

 

Thank you squirrel, I figured you would be the guy the knew. How could that come out?

 

Is that a plug or does it move? It has a small burr on it.

it's a plug. It doesn't move. There's a spool valve on the other side of the spring, that does move, and should not have any burrs on it.
