Event Coverage Pate is cancelled

Pate will not happen in April this year. Its postponed until the fall

 

Everything is canceled here until who knows when. Remember that those old farts riding on the scooters with the oxygen tanks are the most susceptible to this.
The gas station I stop at almost daily has closed the walk in door and the clerk handed me my pop out (soda) out the window yesterday. I think that Mike decided that there too many guys leaning on the counter too close together the other day.
When I lived in McGregor Texas in the early and mid 70's (69/77) I used to go to Pate about every year when it was in the mud at the the museum. Often with a load of stuff and enough money to pay the space fee at the gate and not much more and if I didn't sell stuff I couldn't buy anything.

 

Too bad, but no surprise.
