    Hi All,
If someone has a 30/31 Ford Model A truck using a rear seat from a Suzuki Samurai could you please post a picture so I can see how it looks after it is installed.

    Thanks,

Geo Tracker seat in my T coupe. Later decided not to use it. The front corners of the seat were too close to the door panels to suit me. However, if you are taller and move the seat further back, it would be good. IMG_0975.JPG

Check with @flatheaddave here on the HAMB. He posted a photo of a Model A with a minivan seat not that long ago.

If you need any measurements, I have one in my shop. I know they're getting pricey as they're getting less common.

How about a school bus seat?
I have a bunch of them. That’s one of the many different seats used back in the day.

Just picked up a second row seat in a Dodge Carvan. It didn't slide or fold down. So I found a Kia right by the Carvan in salvage yard, that the second row seat had all the adjustments. Took some time, but converted all the under carriage to the Dodge seat. Looks great fits perfect and the cloth, Dodge used cleans up like new. Got 75 bucks in both seats. The second row Kia seat was too high in back and covered half the rear window. My 31 is channeled four inches. If you go this way, be sure and cut the shoulder strap and hardware, use it for a lap seat belt.

  10. What year? How does it fit. My stock seats are junk.
    Thank you for your time.

Subaru Brat back seats have hand grips.

But they're also "spacey" looking plastic bucket-type seats with headrests if I remember correctly.

Thanks for all the input and suggestions. I am going Saturday to pick up the Suzuki Samurai rear seat. Getting it for what I feel is a fair price.
This is going in an unchopped and unchanneled cab. I am not real tall only 5’11. Does most everyone remove the original seat riser or utilize the original seat riser? This is my first custom type build so it is all a learning experience for me. All my other Model A’s are all stock.

    Thanks
    Denny
