Its not too terribly far, and it is a nice drive. Depending on how quickly you're wanting to rid yourself of them, I have a brother in the cities I need to visit and will be making the trek to the meltdown drags in Illinois in July, maybe I'll have to swing up to MN

That Sabre is a really neat unit! So is the cast aluminum electric one next to it, glad to see someone was able to grab them.

The wife looked at the lawn mowers, shook her head and said "You ain't right"
I took that as a compliment.

  21. Hey HRP, Couple thoughts on OCD:

Wife tells me they have pills for OCD but I probably won't take them!
Told her it's not OCD, I have CDO. Same thing but in perfect alphabetical order, the way it was meant to be!
Besides, with early onset Alzheimer's AND OCD how do you know which is to blame!
I'll be here all week folks. Lol

In good fun n with empathy for any HAMBers suffering with either disease.

Here's mine. Cast into the front "wheels" is Standard Mower Company Lebanon, Indiana. It also uses sickle mower blades bolted to a pair of hubs. 001.jpg

I don't have our Reo any more, but here is a shot of an ad for one. The engine had a cam with only one lobe that actuated both valves. 53reoroyalemower.jpg

it is real, but certainly not made by indian. I saw somewhere on the web in the last few years the bodywork being done to put tail lights on among other custom bodywork....

Who cares? That thing is cool! Cutting the grass isn't really my favorite thing to do, it sure is a lot more fun with something like that.

Without a doubt that is classy. Right down to the Chrome wheels. “Chrome won’t git you home”. But with your dressed out machine, you’ll be the coolest Kat on the block, even if it breaks down. Mow-on Brother.

I know it is easy to look at things through rose coloured glasses but everything seemed so much cooler back in the day.
