Tons of 'Em-Rare Vintage Custom Car Pics

Would have thought I posted the old Chevy......1950 winner of the first Sacramento Autorama when Leroy owned it - and this is at grandpa's shop when my uncle owned it..........the later version had different hood side and lights about 1955

 

In celebration of Richard "Dick" Bertolucci's special mix - on Leroy's old Chevy - the first Sacramento winner - and now with a Olds and hydro power - owned at the time by my uncle.

I have some old photos of the car show we use to have here in Pittsburgh at the Hunt Armory. It was in the Shadyside section of Pittsburgh. The Civic Arena was under construction. It was the first building with a wrap around roof that would expose the beautiful night sky when opened . The photos are late fifties early sixties..
