I was sitting around today, and I had the thought come to mind, " Does anyone else collect old shop manuals?" I have a shelf full of Motors Shop Manuals, Chiltons, Haynes, but I dont mean those. I'm talking about the ones that were put out by the automotive manufacturer. I have collected a few. I didn't know if this was a rare side effect of our disorder, or if it was common. If you have any of these manuals in your collection, feel free to post some pics. Here are pics of the ones that I have collected so far.

I picked up 11 more today in a trade. 2 of them are Ford dealership operation manuals. They are pretty neat stuff, how to run and set up the different departments. 1959 MEL and 1960 Lincoln and Mercury.
It's my understanding that the manuals with rounded corners on the cover and pages were sent to the dealer parts desks and the manuals with square corners were issued to the mechanics , The round corner books are a lot rarer and worth a little more, 1st printing ??
Have maybe 100 H.A.M.B. friendly ones that I'll be disposing of later this year. They will be in the classifieds.
