I have to say the Chrome Reverse are one of the most Iconic Rims in Hotrod...I certainly think they are Classy and Nasty at the same time...

Gold really pops in this photo. You going to put some bolts in the turn downs LOL.

 

The interior is great. I guess I can give a shot on doing my T next winter or later.

Just to be clear I'm talking rims not tires...Coker sells chrome reverse? Sorry I used slang terminology in my initial question about the rims...

I think the Piecrusts look awesome against the Gold and Chrome as well.

Update...I see them available thru the Website...the pic is a multi lug pattern but I suspect single bolt patterns are available as the extra holes don't do them any justice and if I ran them it would be capless as you did...

 

Yeah, I knew you meant rims. Pretty sure I got them at Coker but I might have gotten them at Summit. Been so long I can’t remember I guess.

This threw me a bit. I hadn't checked in on the build in a long time and the color changed. I had to go back and see what happened.

@VA HAMB that Rad Shell...what's the story on it...I'm gonna Stogy guess and say it is a nod to A Bone but in this case it would be T Bone...I snooped around the thread for mention but have come up empty...please do tell...looks like a nice little white bone would fit in there or is it a Bowtie...

Well due to the panic going on, my sons baseball season was cancelled so he was able to come by and take it out for the first time. Great hot rod dad moment. I have video but can’t seem to post it.

 

...Theres actually 2 Items that separate this from the Average T Shell...1- the curvature the red arrow is pointing to is somewhat reminiscent of the 28 Ford and the bone shape where a Ford Logo would reside But in 27 it was Stamped into the Shell...I like the Chrome and the Design it's got a unique style...

I think your situation is much like mine with a filler behind but the shell still wears its Lead that really caps the look off and parts the Wild Road ahead...T Era Hotrods wear a bold cap well...

This hot rod doesn't need one of those over-done, winged or nose thumbing, shirt ripping, triple chrome plated street rod jobs. Keep it simple.

In case anyone was wondering about the shifter cover...... The way I had to mount the shifter due to the floor being so close to the transmission I had trouble finding a shifter boot that would work, soooo.......I made one. You either love it or hate it. One thing I failed to mention was I installed a stereo amp under the dash to run my phone/Ipod through. I went ahaead and made the cover with a auxi port and charging port built into it that way I didn't have cords running across the floor. Works like a charm! A little modern but pretty much not in your face and not really noticiable.
