Last ones. This car was a north TX, OK car originally, beautiful rust free car. Had its original paint. Got painted Honda vivid blue pearlescent. Sharp!

Bullit68, which exhaust manifolds are those? I’m assuming they fit without any issues. There looks like there is enough room there for any header/exhaust manifold combination you could think of.

Thank you Rocky, that sounds about right. Not very exciting but then again I wouldn’t rebuild it to stock anyways.

Wow! That looks about what I want to do! From my phone I can’t tell if that is white or yellow??
It looks like they filled the hood and added the ford dump truck hood scoop. Neat car!

The engine and trans were rebuilt just before the accident. There is probably less than 300 miles on both (still in the breaking in period).[IMG]

They look good. I was thinking about going that route but I wasn’t sure if they would fit.

  16. You 59 or 60 bell will not fit the 63 engine. You will need a 61 thru 64 stick bellhousing.

    Old Wolf,
I’m hoping I’m one step ahead of you. I have a later scatter shield, later steel fly wheel and I ordered a starter adapter from butler performance to mount the early starter in the later bellhousing. [IMG][IMG]

I've been eyeballing that '60 on Frank's website for about a year or so, glad someone got it that gonna put it back on the road instead of cutting it up. We have a '60 Ventura Vista, '60 Catalina wagon, '60 Bonneville htp project car, and 3 different '60 parts cars in the yard.

I know Frank had had it on there for awhile and after kicking around the idea of buying if for a few months I finally decided I might as well. Glad I did.

I’ve been buying stuff online left and right this past week and I have the next few days so hopefully I’ll get something done. I’m determined to not let this project end up like a lot of my others...

Been checking out your '63 to see if there was anything I needed for my '63 Catalina. Nothing noted. Will be watching for updates on your '60.

31hotrodguy...the Ames Performance site is all Pontiac. You might want to consider that as a resource as well. Just a suggestion.

Ponch60, I got a copy. Though, not as much 60 stuff as the 25 yr old catalog I have buried somewhere. [IMG]

Wasn't actually referring to the PY catalog. Was referring to the "forums" for questions & technical issues.
