Hot Rods Where or is there a good place for asking a lot of "what is this thing" questions?

There was a time back about 1960 that I would have given my left nut for that door skin!
I had a 32 3wdw, fenderless, and East Coast style, channeled but not chopped. Had a 3/8X3/8 flathead w 2 Stromberg 48s and Isky 400Jr. cam.
Returning home from work in ATL at Fisher Body/GM. cruising along about 75-80 at about 2:00 am and hit a dip in the road, Body flexed and right door popped open and swung around till it slapped the rear tire, caving in the door with the print of an 8.20X15
Couldn't find a door in those days no swap meets that I knew of, and certainly no internet to search, All the body shops said it would take a lot of bondo to fix after bumping out all they could.
Got disgusted, parted it out and lost track of it.
