    A friend showed up this morning with this,,,a 1962 FORD Capri GT
    he bought and shipped it from over the pond last November..
    Right hand drive, this thing is smaller than a falcon , But DANG
    How cool is this,,,I’m picturing a Gasser !

    Cool! I would hunt down the original wheels & covers and drive it as is. It is already a unique car not commonly seen in North America.

    We had something similar, but I was too young to notice back then.
    Google images - ‘Ford consul capri ‘ some interesting variations.

    We had a few imported down here from the UK, you may see one occassionaly at a car event. Kinda cool! Ford here did offer the later version of the Capri with the 4 & V6.

    Yes, they are cool with that sloper roof. Hamber Nads has a very cool one, like a mini tail dragger.
