A friend showed up this morning with this,,,a 1962 FORD Capri GT he bought and shipped it from over the pond last November.. Right hand drive, this thing is smaller than a falcon , But DANG How cool is this,,,I’m picturing a Gasser !
Cool! I would hunt down the original wheels & covers and drive it as is. It is already a unique car not commonly seen in North America.
British Ford , right hand drive. We had something similar, but I was too young to notice back then. Google images - ‘Ford consul capri ‘ some interesting variations.
Gasser? That thing needs to get lowered and made into a mild custom. Sent from my SM-T350 using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
We had a few imported down here from the UK, you may see one occassionaly at a car event. Kinda cool! Ford here did offer the later version of the Capri with the 4 & V6.
Even a gasser kook like me knows @goldmountain has the right idea. Keen car, it's gonna be appealing no matter the build. Here's a full sizer
It’s a ford consul Capri classic here in the uk a good ones about 25000 pounds Sent from my iPad using H.A.M.B.
I'd send a couple of pics to the Photoshop gurus in the Photoshop Thread and ask for some ideas on it....might be interesting.
