model a or t spring

    in my rdst pu i used the 1914 tapered leaf rear spring and made my front spring from a 37 front tapered leaf spring, made front perch to match the wider spring and ground the ends at the shackle to match the perch, looks much better than regulat heavy stock spring.

    Harrison asked if he could cut torque arms and mount them to the outside of frame rails, like front radius rods. (from end of page 1)
    I did it on this car and chromed them. Jerry Fain did the welding on parts that were pie cut, bent out, and welded. No torque arm used. Banjo rear w/ pickup open drive center. 301 Powerglide. I had seen them bow on hard launches. edit.jpg IMG_0005.jpg
