I heard that the Lincoln, Nebraska swap meet has been cancelled for the coming weekend because of the Coronavirus. (Moderator updated post) Based on others replies here appears not true.
WHAT???? The only corona virus we have here is some people from a cruise ship who have been put into seclusion at Nebraska Medical center...locked away from the public for 14 days.

Fake news. But that`s one way to get people`s attention. Over 10,000 people have died from complications from the flu this past year. That is a fact. Remember, it`s daylight savings time, so go an hour earlier. I gotta leave by 4:30 old time now. All the reserved indoor spots are presold. Also, it was 4 below a few years ago and wasn`t cancelled. Who ever started that rumor is just plain nuts! I went into NYC on Sunday to a broadway show. Road the subway, had lunch in a restaurant. If you are that afraid, purchase a bubble and live in it until this is over!!! Next thing we will hear is that HERSHEY is cancelled!

Yes it seems that this just a rumor, but you never know about this. There have been events canceled because of the Coronavirus, and there are people in quarantine here in Nebraska
My suggestion is to check the Lincoln Swap Meet Website the night before. I’m sure if it was canceled it would probably be posted on their website by then.
Who in the f*ck spreads rumors like this? More people die from the regular flu, folks - wash your f*cking hands, don't cough in my face and stay home if you're sick. It's going to be in the 60s on Sunday and probably one of the best-weather weekends for 'Rocko' Manginelli in a LONG time.
