Reset my account - no not this one.

Hi admins,

I've been a HAMB member for 10 years with the username "the Bosshogg"
Recently I had an issue logging in and the process is now stuck in a loop.
I changed my phone and now I can't complete the 2 step verification using the app.
So I've had to create a new account just to post this message!
I wouldn't have cared usually but it seems a shame to lose 10 years of posts and credibility, especially if I want to buy another car from a fellow Hamber.
Can someone turn off the 2 step verification on my main account please?

I was caught up in that Can't Login experience a week or so ago and had to give up a password I have had since 2007 or so but I managed not to ditch my account but I did fire off an email to the Hamb.

I am hope you will be able to be reconnected to your old account...I suspect all of your threads are still there...mind you I searched with your The Bosshogg and nothing came up but that could be a privacy setting...

@KJSR has alerted the Bossman for the Bosshogg...So it should be addressed in short order...Sucks doesn't it...You never know how much it means till it ain't there anymore...Fingers crossed...

I don’t actually post a lot but I’m on here all the time, and have bought a few cars through the H.A.M.B.
I’m in the U.K. so if there’s 10 years of being a member it definitely helps.
I’m sure it’ll get sorted.

Try logging in on a PC, the hamb app has always been a problem. HRP

 

I use a cellphone for the Hamb alot BUT use Chrome and this version of Hamb and it is much like the Desktop version...

The fact that @Sancho found your profile intact means it's a matter of maybe one more try with your old password as HRP said on the non App Hamb and if it still doesn't work do the Forgot Password routine...

 

Its the 2 factor authentication that's stopping me.
Can someone tell me what the secret key is for the HAMB forum using Google authenticator?
