Just shot my buddy in Claremont LA not San Diego Claremont about running off

some universal kits.In that two lengths. One for small blocks and one for big blocks.

Will start out with sending the adapters for a two barrel on each side loose along with

the logs. They can be welded on locally.Or our shop can weld them on.

Then gradually add the adapters for each engine and other carb configurations.

Now all post war V8's can run any number of carbs!

    Will keep everybody updated.

It will be tough to pull off on engines that do not have a separate valley pan. how do you plan to accomplish this for lets say a small block chev. that needs a provision for the distributor, a water crossover and sealing of the lifter valley

Not too concerned about making for the engines with readily available manifolds.

This is more aimed at the 'orphan'.

Y blocks and Lincoln MEL engines for starters.

Then will look at the situation with Studbaker V8,B-O-P Buick Olds Pontiac V8's.

Then Dodge,Plymouth , DeSoto and Chrysler Firedome Hemi and Poly engines.

I say Firedome I mean early hemi.

Then one of my personal favorites.International Harvester 392.That is a nice little motor.

Anyhow will talk to Mr Clairmont tomorrow night about it.

    Found this tubing.

Looks A-1 for making them early 50's Mechanic's Illustrated method.Works for us.

    http://www.mandrelbends.com/tube-pipe-bar/round-tubing-16-gauge/mild-steel.html?p=2

    It is the 3" tubing.

For big blocks.Small blocks too I suppose.Just fix it with the carb size and jetting.

Talk to carb and manifold buddy tonight or Monday night.Should have more info then.

EDIT Anybody have requests for an engine speak up.
