History 1985 Kkoa leadsled spectacular Springfield Ohio

@00 MACK, I was referring to the dark blue and silver or gray '51, posted by Stanlow69. It's got '58 Lincoln quads and a two bar grill likely from a '56 Chrysler, painted bumpers. I didn't see where anyone claimed it was Dave Burgarin's '51. Just curious, where is that info from? I know you have a lot of kustom knowledge up there, not calling you out or anything. Is the car still around and painted pink? That would not be my choice.

I wish the Burgarin Merc still existed, the first version with the '53 Buick headlights

 

Call me out all day. Wendell Proffitts 51 is now candy magenta and was being advertised as Dave Bulgarians 51 Merc. Hell, if I’m not mistaken it’s even on here somewhere. By the way, it was silver and black the way I saw it, in 85

Looks like Kurt Mc Cormick and the Sam Barris Buick behind Lee's Chevy.

 

It was part of this collection at that time.

I have been doing tons of research looking for this and finally found it! (Post #102) This was three years before my grandfather bought it in 1988 in NJ. Unfortunately, he had passed away and did not get to enjoy it. My brother and I have now taken ownership of this car and are ready to bring it back to life and show it in his honor. It has been sitting for years, but surprisingly in very good condition still. If anyone has any information (previous owners, pics, etc.) my family would greatly appreciate it.

@TyHam33 Was it shown at all after 88. I might have taken this before your dad bought it. Didn`t make it to the 85 Ohio show. We were there in 83.
