^This! I love music but I also love getting to a show early and chatting with friends, listening to exhaust noises, and the nice peaceful feeling of it all. Then the DJ starts yakking and blasting music and it changes the whole vibe. Sometimes the yakking DJ is worse than the blasting music. STFU already!
Agreed! I am a rock music fan but I would personally rather hear elevator music at a show if they just HAD to play something. Nothing is best.
I don't go to that many shows anymore, but there was a time in the past that if I went to a show and was forced to park too close to those giant speakers, I would just leave.........Don.
