Don't get me wrong, all the cars in this thread are awesome!
But THIS one, out of all of them, gives me the "feels"! tapatalk_1580577678460.jpeg

Great pics! I'm not a real channeled kind. But that cream colored 5 widow with the black flames does it for me. Loved the Orange Crate saw it at its debut at the Winter Nationals car show in the early 60's. And Hugh Tuckers roadster, well I grew up in Ventura county and that roadster kicked butt for a few years

I'm planning on going to the Sac Autorama. I'll try and take some pics a lot of the same cars. But if I do I'm for warning I couldn't hold a candle to Mr. Davidsons work absolutely beautiful. Thanks for great pics

  16. This Merc was loaded with subtle details. The tail lights were sunk into the body with a bead molded into the body. Park lights in front done the same way. A beautiful car.

The quality of cars there blows me away. I’d have a hard time picking just 25 of them I’d like to own.
Thanks again Tom for bringing your amazing photos to those of us not able to be there.

    Thanks for the nice words.

Keep in mind that I missed a lot of good cars (saw them here after the show on other threads) and I don't use quite a few cars I did shoot because the photo was not up to par.

Agreed. I came back to this car more times than any other and was blown away by how nice it was. Chopped by Dick Dean. In a sea of custom Mercs this car absolutely stood out. One of my favorites from the entire show.

  26. Thanks Tom.
Being from the great white north, its hard to get to the real good shows down south.
Your pics are just like being there.
