Well, that was a nice treat ...Thank you Tom davison Member from Phoenix AZ for all efforts shared capturing these beauties and enabling us somewhat a sense of being there. You have a good eye and a good heart.

I doubt if I could enjoy them this much if I was there..

Thanks. My problem at a show is that because I am looking for the best way in which to present the car, I cannot take the time to appreciate the details, especially a large show such as this.

As I scroll through the photos I keep hoping to see my coupe pop up, haha! Eh, with so many other fine specimens there, you can't shoot them all. But just thinking it'd be cool to have it show up in a Tom Davison photo thread. Keep posting Tom, maybe it's in there. :D

    I don't believe I have it, Blues.

I hate big wheels as a rule, these a little less. But good stance trumps big wheels!

x2 - I take a lot of pics at events and have same type of "problem" - but, mine are not as good of quality as yours - Thanks for posting

If there was anything good about going on Saturday and dealing with the crowds, it was that you didn't have time to worry too much about composition or presentation. You just hit the gaps and hope the shot is decent.
That allowed me to look a little more.
That said, I got more from going through my pictures afterward, than I did live, just because with everything going on, you get desensitized a bit and blind to details.

Yep. The best time to shoot the cars between the buildings is in mid-to late afternoon, when the building shade lends even light. Too many tree shadows on the cars before then, but I was trying anyway!

RE: Uncertain T , Funny, I love the side view of the T and the original when it first was built.

But as I age I now look at it with the same eyes as the "bathtub, or "red baron, or the "toilet car, "Sanford wrecker,
and other cartoon types. Just doesn't "make me smile, like an old pre-war Ford.

Like said great coverage of an event that most can't make it to!
I think we all need to start a "go fund me" account so Tom can get a better AVATAR!

Love this car. From this angle it has the look of a cat crouched and ready to pounce
