I think that is an old movie shot.

 

I found this of my father (tall guy in back) letting his neighbor take his Indian for a ride.

 

This was my grandfather & the neighborhood boys on a downhill racer they built from parts they collected. Late 1920s my Grandfather is in the drivers seat.

This one looks like cowboy bad guy actor Robert Wilke (not to be confused with the car owner of the same name) posing in the Schmidt Special. And the tread pattern looks like what was used in 1960. If that is the year then Bob Veith drove this car to 8th place.

By the looks of the neighbor.... I'll bet he crashed and damaged the bike..

I like the aluminum guard it’s mounted to protect it from the chain driving the blower

This is what happened when boredom overcame a guy with a torch and an arc welder in small town, USA in the old days. My dad’s uncle turned a Lloyd Alexander and a pile of J.C. Whitney accessories into this.

 

Every HS class had a girl that looked just like her.

 

You know that's probably some ones Grand Mother or maybe Great Grand Mother.
