Sad to say we are going to cancel this year’s show. We were looking at rescheduling it but so many other events have already set their new date. It would be tough to find a date that doesn't interfere with another friends event. Going to offer a choice to refund money or carry it over to next year. Let me know what ya want to do.... You're a funny man, Duncan. On another note, I highly recommend you stay at the Price Tower that weekend. Mick arranges for special rates if you tell them you're with the SK-500. This will be my 4th or 5th time staying there.
I attended last year for my first time. I was a little apprehensive, as customs are not my favorite! ( ducking beer cans!!...) . But I was pleasantly surprised! There was a lot of everything! Something for everyone! I loved it and I’m going back this year! It’s now on my “ every year “ list! What chaps me is it’s only 70 miles from home! And I put it off for a couple of years! It’s spread out with plenty of room and friendly people! Make it if you can, you will not be disappointed! Bones

The Inn at Price Towers sent me an email stating that they are closed down and won't be reopened by early May so they have cancelled my reservations for the SK-500. If Mick decides to hold the event I'll have to stay somewhere else. Bummer. On many counts: 1. on account of the entire planet being affected by the virus. I sure hope you all stay safe and don't get the virus. This is the most important issue obviously. 2. on account of maybe having to miss a SK-500 3. on account of, if we do get to come to the 500 that we'll have to stay somewhere else. Love y'all and hope to see you next month (but I'm not holding my breath).
This is from the web site, I know how hard it is to pull the plug on a show but with the pandemic We cancelled the All Deuce Run in June. HRP ****2020 STRAY KAT 500 (UPDATE)**** I have had a lot of questions about this years show. We have been praying that everyone will be protected the next few weeks. The only way the SK500 will be canceled if we are told by the local government. We host a family event and it has to be safe for everyone. We will not jeopardize one person's health in order to have the show. I have been watching what others are doing and we will make the decision the first week in April....... If you have any more questions just let me know.
