My good buddy just picked this up. I am going to help him finish it, and show him how to turn wrenches. Im looking for info on how to adjust the door glass, and vent windows. And also looking for recommendations on a good electric fan for it. Its a 66 and the motor is a 500 caddy from 75.
Your friends Cadillac looks great. I customized this car 20 years ago. It is heavily dechromed the grill and rear are custom tube and the trunk lock cylinder and door handles are shaved and open with hidden switches. The side pipes are real and it has a built 350 with th400 trans. One of the best mods was transplanting the disc brake swap from a 1970 Cadillac into this car When I did this car it had been in a front end collision and nobody would give it a second look. I had 2 little kids at the time and a new mortgage- so think no budget. Cadillacs can be a lot of fun.
Nice car! my buddy has all the chrome for the car, it just needs to be put back together. It has front discs, and a dual tank, 4 compressor, air ride setup. Also dual batteries with an isolator. The second is just for the bags.
