Hot Rods ID help strange 16” rims

  2. There are no marking on them at all? They are aluminum or magnesium?

    No markings at all. Probably aluminum but im not sure.....

    I have never seen one of these. What size is it? Looks like a motorcycle tire on it.

    Looks kinda light duty
    Maybe a trailer wheel or industrial wheel of some sort ?

    eitherway,if it works it’s cool!

    The way the valve stem is protected I would guess the are from some industrial application. Something like maybe a military cart of some kind.

    There have been a few obscure wheels made down under that we here in the states rarely see.
    They kind of resemble some of those yard cart wheels that are made of plastic.
    I like them!
     
  8. Very similar to old timber trolley/cart. Used in storage sheds at sawmills/lumber yards. Not allways cast iron.
