    All I got was Vise Grips and Tin snips...no '40 Standard in my driveway:( I think I got screwed (once again)

    P.S. That's one straight looking coupe. Nice score

    Apparently it was parked since 1981, the floors are in good condition. About the engine, the carburetor was missing, the water pumps were glued, the springs of the coals of the starter got rid of the corrosion, all that is already in the process of repair

  9. At least you got vise grips, Jack. Haha, in a gift bag from one of the nieces, I got a scented candle with a TOBACCO scent........think about that for a moment.

    Delivered my mistake that was for me , great looking car , 40 standard is the pic of them for me out of 39/40 ,oh well I will make do with my 39 sloper

    I will try to save the old upholsery that the 40 brings, first a mega wash and clean the rivets, the last photo is from the cover of the driver's door already clean.

    It is not the spare tire, it is the 4 tires. :( I am missing the spare part

    Wow, all I got was a pair of socks and a piece of A-- and they were both to big.
