Technical help identify head lites

    Picked these up a couple days ago at an old shop that's been closed many years, anyone help identify them? 20191228_154852.jpg 20191228_154841.jpg

    Looks like a Guide or BLC light made for a big truck in the early 40's. The side mount gives it away. The generic replacement lights sold for early 30's cars had a bottom mount, but the lights made for factory install on big trucks sometimes used the side mount.

    The broken mount strongly resembles a '40 Chev truck. Run a piece of sandpaper over the end of the housing, & it'll show Guide or B-L-C imprint.

    It looks like 111 TRAY-HFADLAM The F could be anE hard to read some of them. Could it mean truck ray-head lamp??
