My avatar is a few years old now but i still look the same so no need to change.

Had to ditch the scary face, scared the grandkids when they saw it. Back to a car avatar.

 

5 days left,,,,then back to car avatar.

Changed mine to my FED I sold 15 years ago. That's me in my wilder days!

 

This has been a fun thread. I didn't try it. Because I was afraid it may stay forever! When I joined the HAMB my wife told me to never put my name on the internet. So my handle was going to be { LOW U.F.O. } Well that didn't work out well did it! lol Some cool stuff, but I do like your Rods as an Avatar the best. I'll have to agree with your grandkids, arkie. It scared me too! That's a Sweet NOMAD. Yeah much better! My 2 cents.

When I try to change the look, it always points the same way. Ha! So, I gave up and continued to do what is required. But, it still stays upright. Most of the avatars are nice and it gives me a memory test each time I see a name. Some avatars stand out and some need work.

So, this was an interesting thread.

Profile…I grew up in Long Beach from 1946 to 1998 and I live(d) in So Cal (in the OC) for the last 50+ years. Loving every minute of our challenges and adventures together, made (makes) it worthwhile.

I could change mine to this! My lovely wife just gave me this for our wedding anniversary. It’s a watercolor of our World Famous Jodie-Dog. It’s painted by our friend Tammy Field of a picture Ray the Rat took in 2009 at Bonneville!
