35 ford wires and firestone blackwalls installed and I gotta say it looks pretty badass! Now we have a hot rod , dual carbs on and offy intake for the mercury flathead

About 25 years ago , he has some of the history on it . Says the original owner owned a meat company on 38th /flower here in Los Angeles , hopefully I can get more details . Now I see why the front fenders were primed black

Car runs great , break in run was 40+ miles on fwy. Cruises at 55 much better than I expected. Had to see my c10 but very happy with my coupe,

It's easy to post a video on here, you need to load the video on youtube.com and then post the link on here!

Yeah it makes it look like you can post videos like photos but you can’t. Gotta host them via YouTube or the like

Also I can’t tell you how fast I’d be turning around if I was headed down the road and saw that car at the dog park lol. So good man

Cool looking car. But keep an eye on those front wishbone mounts where they are welded to the frame. The frame rail material might not be strong enough to handle the forces that are going to be passed to it and might start to crack just outside the welds. My 32 coupe had the mounts attached to just the lower flange and they cracked a lot.

You know the worn out paint is something. I’d never go into a build thinking that’s the way I want it to look. But as I pile these pieces together to make a car I have to admit the different tones, textures and hues really do start working their magic on me.

I’llpaint my car.... but it’ll probably be a rusty patchwork paint car when it first hits the road.
