Looking for feedback on these wheels. I never heard of Circle Racing until yesterday, but it seems they have been around for a few years. They look like a great copy of the Halibrand Kidey Bean wheel and are American made. Would like to hear from others who run this wheel and some photos of cars running them.

That looks like a good 20 footer copy of a Halibrand. Not so close, up close.

[IMG]put them on a car I built very happy with them. It upset a few people when I told them that they were billet aluminum though

Wheels and safety equipment should not be 50 + years old especially magnesium wheels but then I'd pass on 50 year old aluminum.

Because they asked if they were original and I didn’t want to lie to them

Been using them for years on the dirt ..... I’m guessing they are expanding to a make a few bucks. Could have been doing it for years and I didn’t know.

    BILLET you say..?!
I seriously doubt it, very few would be able to afford them..!
They are freakin castings, just like everyone else's Halibrand copies.
Do you understand what a billet is ?

Ok maybe I should explain in there add they say they are billet centers. I’m only relaying what it says in there add. If memory serves it was around 500 bucks for the pair when I bought them five years ago.

I have some old 5 spokes on the front of my heap. It's been sitting for about 4 months, apart for paint. One tire has a slow leak, it was dead flat the other day. And off the beads. No safety beads. I'm going to look for a new pair.

39EFE43E-18DA-401D-8A52-2052D71F3960.jpeg 15x4.5 , I really like them and I think they look good. The skinny version looks better than the wider version of this same wheel. They are advertised as a billet wheel , this is a cast version as opposed to the polished.

^^ This one looks a whole lot more like a Halibrand. I can see slight differences, but I bet most of you can't. ;)

I think the 4.5" wide are cast and look decent, other widths were 2 piece and a little more billet looking.

  22. I purchased Real Rodder 4 1/2 in polished for front and had a pair widen to 7 1/2 in by Eric
Vaughn. Great look and great workmanship and great price. Just the look I wanted on my 32
5 window. Their wheels are cast and run true. They were great to work with and could not be
    more pleased . Jerry

I think they look killer and haven’t heard any bad reviews about the brand.

I dont think anyone’s trying to sell them as halibrand knockoffs or clones. Just a good looking wheel.

Where can you buy the skinny 15 x 4.5 as cast or polished old style cast wheels? I know Circle Racing sells the new style billet wheels 2 piece (same center). Speedway used to sell them but not anymore. Correct me if I'm wrong. I would buy a pair 5 x 4-1/2 bolt circle (Ford). Gary

I got these from summit two years ago but they are not listed now and the link to the company’s web address posted on Instagram isn’t working anymore .

No doubt you have "super" vision, but isn't that because of your special glasses like these? :D https://www.ebay.com/c/870301073

Used to be able to go right to Circle Racing Wheels website and look at all their styles. I used to dream about just ordering a wild set of wheels from them (cost didn't matter). Haven't been able to find it on the web lately. This Thread is good because there are other brands available....(more cost) American Rebel, Real Wheels, E.T. I'm a cheap old fart and an expensive rim used to be $250....not anymore....I have opened my eyes to the real world.
