The grille bars were taken from a '56 Chrysler. But, in order to look like they belonged on my Caddy, we had to pie-cut the hood. Now. it's perfect...IMHO.

  2. Super Cool especially the El Camino
Not a fan of chopping the top on them.

Elden Titus creation, this chopped ’64 Riviera was pearl white with pink flames, and had six carbs on top of the blower.

The wheels are from, I think, a 1978 Lincoln. I had a friend cut some discs whick covered up the ugly spoke-like centers and then bought some cheapo knock off centers which I put over the center discs. I don't think I have more than $75 in all four wheels. Oh, I did have to have them polished which cost me a couple beers. A friend did it for me. Thanks for asking.

Here's what they look like, unmodified. Hope this doesn't cross the OT line. :) wheeldishlinc.jpeg

  17. The blue unchopped 41 belonged to a friend of mine from Hayward CA.. It was kinda based on Miss Elegance. It was black after it was blue. It's still around but it's been in hiding for probably 30 years after the owner died. It had a pretty hot 302 Jimmy six in it. The trunk was also welded shut.

I bet I'm not the only one here who would appreciate a few pics of the ol' girl in her current state. Any chance you could make that happen?

  19. No chance. I'm not in the same state as the car anymore and I haven't spoken to the person that has it in years.
