I don't think that was a malfunction. I think she knew exactly what she had to do. Smokin' too.

 

The sad part is by now she's probably someone's grandmother.

 

Judging by the era of the photo I'd say there is a good chance she has aged out.
None of us stay young and no one lives forever

 

Feel sorry for the kid in the background that doesn't know what he's missing out on...

 

I think her wardrobe is functioning just fine!
