Projects Cycle guards

    Something that I've done on fenders both bikes and bike/car is at the attachment point of the brackets I adhere a 3" wide strip of 18 gage the width of the fender to the inside of the fenders to spread the stress of the brackets out. Structural adhesive for metal works great and doesn't show like a spot weld will. This works well for preventing cracks in the fenders......

  7. I'd love to see some videos of rods with cycle fenders rolling across uneven terrain. Heck, I'd love to see it in real life.
