I could not have mustered the restraint required not to burst into hysterical laughter, or resort to vitriolic condescension of my sarcastic reply.
First impression was a '29 A Chopped, on a deuce frame...cept no reveal, so yes, hard to spec. it out closely.
Looks like a 30-31 A coupe body on some other chassis than Ford Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
I wonder if it’s a later ford chassis. The front looks like it has traverse leaf front suspension possibly and the long frame horns have been rolled together like an early dirt track midget might have. Based on general A proportions and a stock wheel base of 104.5 ish that wheel base could be in the 110-114 range? The rear wheels being pushed back makes it hard to guess but it would explain the weird wheel base

I'm thinking not...frame, chop might be more...I looked all over and found it in an Ole Hubcap Thread... Credit to Photographer, Owner
I say let's organize a rod run during the LSRU next year and everyone that can go, roll up in their hot rods, and form a line into the Subway, walk in, take a picture of the picture, and walk out. How's that for hoodlum shit?
