Hot Rods Carb hits fuel pump

Sounds like Andy's adapter could be made with a drill press in a few hours. Elegant solution. Hopefully you didn't cut all your pushrods too short already.

 

I welded an extension to the 59AB rod.

 

I didn’t do any cutting. I like Andy’s idea. And plus it leaves the carb in stock location
