I don't think all three of us will fit on that little tailgate. I bet ol Harley Jim wouldn't mind if you cruised into the cruise in Aug 3rd though (at the Shake Shack there in Cleveland). I'm planning on going.

It has been a week of snow and colder weather so I have been hanging around the house and finishing up some Auto Art projects I had previously started.
I enjoy being creative and repurposing old stuff giving them a new life. The picture frames, mirrors and display shelf are all made from parts I had laying around. My old worn out car shirts become rags after I cut out and frame the graphic designs from them. The traffic light used to hang in our yard years ago and my Dad set it up to flash for the kids to play with. I made a base for it turning it into an indoor lamp that my Grandkids can now enjoy.

 

Made the Wife some flowers.

 

This is a work in progress but its getting there. The idea was inspired by the old stand alone hi-fi systems that were actually a piece of furniture. Its a 40s chevy dash with speakers where the gauges would go, and a cheapie car stereo converted to work in the house.

 

Love the stereo, in general lots of inspiration here.ideas I'll file away for retirement projects

 

Whipped this up for the back window of my ride.

 

Will this get me kicked out if I brought it into my house from my garage?
My garage coffee table was built from GENUINE SCRAPYARD PARTS. Antique Cadillac driveshaft, roofrack, and smashed Harley parts.

My coffee table has traveled cross country several times across many states.
My coffee table has ridden The Dragons Tail 6 times.
My coffee table has ridden all the way to Texas to see the biggest reddest sunsets you'll ever see.
My garage coffee table has run hot laps in the midst of some fast bikes around Mid Ohio Sports Car Track at AMA Vintage Days.
My garage coffee table has ridden thru the Ozark Mountains.
My garage coffee table has braved many lightning rainstorms with nowhere to hide.
My garage coffee table has seen more adventures than most people have had in their lifetimes.
My coffee table will have many many more adventures.

Here's my latest shop decoration, it's the original front end off of my wagon. It was too rusty to do anything else with!

 

I guess this could be called Garage Art. It's pretty much useless. Sure was fun building it though.

 

{ LOBUCROD }That's why too COOL! I put a Vette body on my old mower. I found it cheap at a swap meet. Needs finishing if I can find time.
