Square photo of me at age 14 with my 301 with a 57 rochester fuel unit. For my 55 Chev hardtop. Notice I have the road draft tube on the wrong side....

Hi Dave, just stumbled across these pictures from Indy 61 and WOW! My Dad, Paul Northrop drove the Jepson dragster in Indy 61 that you have pictures of in this thread. I also have a few picture of Indy 61. Anything else you have from that era please let me know, we would love to see them. My dad raced Vargo, York, Atco and others in late 50's early 60's. He is still involved in drag racing today with myself, my brothers and my nephews.
    Thanks
    Dan Northrop

Many years ago I bought a pile of negatives it looks like the photos came from Cal Automotive. I think that Bud Lang or Curt Hamilton took them with a Hassleblad

  21. Looks like a 33-36 style coupe. In fact a '33, or '34 by the front fenders...those 2 years the headlights were in the fenders...'35-36 had the headlights in the grille shell, as shown by the examples here..g-willys IMG_20160303_191220796.jpg IMG_20160401_101900204.jpg
