Hello all. New to the forum here. Looking for information about the International truck 1960 B130 factory dump bed. Has the manual transmission and was looking at the possibility of swapping the 240 6cyl out with something else. Not sure what else might bolt up to the existing transmission? Ford,Chevy? Adaptors available? If not swapped and decide to keep the 6 banger is there an electronic ignition conversion? Thanks Richard in NC

SV266, 304, 345, 392 are bolt in with the correct engine mounts and bell housing, 1959 was the first year for a factory Ih v8. 1957-58 A series and 1959-early 61 B series is the same truck. Transmisson is same between 6 and V8 with bellhousing and shape of shifter handle being different.
