Did you bleed the master separately?

Has the link between the vac.unit and master cylinder and the link from pedal to the vac.unit been adjusted properly?

Are all the bleeders on top of the calipers?

  6. You have to pump the pads out against the rotors. In your case, engine off, pump the pedal a few times (maybe more..) and it should get better. How did it bleed, steady stream or was it spitting like an angry tom cat?

  7. This is a big one and should be checked out.
