Had my phone stolen and had to get another phone...

I had to upload the H.A.M.B. app but now it does not work like it did before. It won't open or stay open when it does pop up.

I have uninstalled it a few times and reinstalled it. It just won't work. I am still using an Android phone as before.

There have been a few threads on here about it but I can not find them. Maybe someone else has the knowledge about the situation?

Are you on an iPhone or android?

The app is having issues right now and they say they are working on it... "They" kind of suck though.

Yeah, mine crapped out too. Can’t enable push notifications, I posted this problem a while ago but nothing has been done to fix it.

I found the solution for the android app.

    1. Go to settings
    2. Click on APP'S to open
    3. Scroll to the H.A.M.B. app and open it
    4. Open Storage
    5. Clear cache
    6. Clear all data (it will say that you will clear everything for the app including all files etc)
