I've built my own cars so I'm "Flirtin' With Disaster", too.

It totally depends on what car I'm in, where I'm going and possibly who I'm with.
The one that immediately comes to mind is "All Day Music" by War. It strongly
stirs up memories of "back in the day".

  9. Two come to mind especially on the rare occasion that they pop up unexpectedly on the radio.

"Bread & Water" by Ryan Bingham is a hell of a song, and I don't dig "country"
music at all. "The Road Goes On For Ever" by Joe Ely is a hell of a song, and
I don't dig "country" music at all.

Throw a driving guitar and a background banjo in any song and I’m in love.

  14. There are great "Cruising Songs" that don't feature a car at all. They tend to be from a time when cars and dash-mounted radios were king.
Gimmie some Best of Roy Orbison and let's roll....... Kick it off with 'Pretty Woman'.
