Such a COOL picture! The background and road could be anywhere and could have been taken in almost any year.
Great car. I don't even mind the striping which I usually hate on Customs. Very Subtle. He needs to turn those spots down though.
Another great car but I am not fond of the striping on it. I think my aversion to striping on customs, especially Mercs stems from the Zupan version of the Bettancourt Merc. It's like a beautiful woman who is caked in makeup. No need for it as IMO it does nothing to improve the final product.
The side mirrors on this car are perfectly functional and don't distract from the smoothness of the design at all in my opinion. I would think most of the body colored blob mirrors could be replaced with something like this without damaging the paint or any other modifications needed.
I always wished Barry had done a full on clone rather than a tribute version on this car. The Bettancourt Merc deserves an accurate clone to be made.
