I don't know about '64's but my '65 also has the Cruiser on the rear panel as well.

I worked at a Ford dealership in the seventies. They used to have a problem with cars shipped by rail. Tiny pieces of metal from the tracks and or wheels of the train would get embedded in the paint on the cars. The cure was to wash the cars with a mixture of water and oxalic acid.

 

Looks like Langhorne with Bob Sweikert, Johnny Boyd, and Joe Sostillio.
