Yes, I drove the T-bucket to a Cruise-in at the Dairyland Drive-in in Alvin, Texas last night. Lots of cars there, many were not HAMB friendly. The restaurant has been in business since 1960. 20190816_181726.jpg 20190816_181928.jpg 20190816_181935.jpg 20190816_181947.jpg 20190816_181903.jpg 20190816_191438.jpg 20190816_191509.jpg 20190816_191521.jpg 20190816_193202.jpg 20190816_193217.jpg 20190816_193229.jpg 20190816_193257.jpg

Over 300 miles with rain, mud, gravel roads and drag racing. Makes for a dirty hotrod but such a blast. I'll be back to the hamb drags again.

On Aug 18 my wife and I took the coupe for a ride up through the back roads in WI in the really nice weather. We put about 140 miles on the coupe that day. On the 19th we took the coupe to a visitation of a friends father up in Platteville WI, about a 130 mile round trip. Another great day for a ride. Saturday the 24th my son and his family in his 57 Dodge wagon, my grandson and his girl friend and his mother in his 64 Chrysler, and my wife and me in the coupe took off from Freeport and drove to Maquoketa IA to watch some dirt track racing, then we drove up to Debuque IA for a Mopar show before heading home. This is an annual family event we have been doing for 4 years. By the time we picked up the dog from the kennel, the trip odometer on the coupe said we traveled 210 miles. The coupe is my primary summer driver. Gene

  15. Does driving it down to the shop and ripping the front end out to replace all the polyurthane bushings count? Back together now, ready for the next 50,000 miles.

Took the 56 for a spin and found a f1 coe on my way home! And yesterday I moved the 34 from the garage to my shop... It's gonna be finished over the winter. It still needs interior and a roof insert, plus a ton of little things worked out...

    Sure did..
About ~(9) cars from our small car club took a fall color ride..
Cloudy, cold, minimal color (too early) and so on ..
However, as always any time we get together for a drive it is a lot of fun :)

OK, proof. Covered about a 100 miles near the Czech border. Lots of deserted roads with lots of corners. Hope to get another chance after I cut the front coils this week to test the theory...
