Yikes! What happened? I used to go through there every August, but haven’t been to Sturgis in 4 years.

Had a several inch deluge that tore up a lot of roads, farmland, crops, etc.....We went through the same area nine days later on our way home and the water was still on the edges of the interstate

Here's an update on my Big Old Lights with Big Original Buckets, Silver very faded and dirty, boosted by a Modern OT Bulb...

I removed the lenses and cleaned them and the buckets with lightly dampened towel and Aluminum Mag Wheel Polish and the Missus's Silver Cloth donated to the cause...Notably Better...Here's a new Evening in Hotrod Paris...

Heading to the Vintage races at the Glen Ridges Motor Sportspark.

 

A sunny departure from Rhinebeck and a damp arrival in York.

 

Catch that Toyota. Up hill run through the Catskill mtn. foot hills . I pulled over to set up the camera. A Toyota pick up went by and had about a half mile on me when I pulled back on the road. Most of this was uphill and my flathead six didn't even break a sweat.
