I’m wondering if anyone knows if a Naapco kit from a 1960 suburban will bolt up to a 59 Apache 32 with 3 speed muncie

I would try to contact Jeff Bradshaw in Medford Oregon. He has a YouTube channel called ElderlyIron and seems to have lot of experience with those old Napco 4x4s.

The transfer case is divorced, so with some driveshaft fabbing, that will work, and the front axle might. Are you certain the 1960 parts are Napco? GM had gone to their own parts and design for the factory built 4wd's in 1960, and none of that stuff is Napco. I have a '59 line built Napco here if you want some pics of how all that stuff mounts and what it looks like.
