So I found a scrambler in a barn in Burksville, IL and I have found most of my parts but I can’t find an exhaust, does anyone know of a place or website that sells stock Honda exhaust.

good score, the cl 90 is not too common. i have several old, small hondas, but no cl 90. parts are found on ebay, and a place near me called "sport wheels" in jordan mn. not sure if they have a web sight, but its a huge mc junk yard

  3. Good score! I’m very interested in seeing when you are finished. These are great bikes, Honda changed motorcycles forever with these landmark little bikes. I’m subscribed. Do you have more pictures?

Hey guys, long time no see. I’ve been super busy with high school and carpentry, I haven’t had time to work on my bike. Today I started with truck doctor Andy with pulling the seat, the fuel tank and the battery. Everything looks pretty crusty. Does anyone by chance have a CL-90 tank? Mine had about a half inch leaded gas/ rust on the bottom.
    Thanks,

a tank may be expensive, you are not the only one who needs one! try ebay, or try to clean up what you got. evaporust is a good thing

Clean up what you have, parts are expensive and tough to find. Watch for a parts bike that has what you need which will also be a challenge.

With that tank, I would steam it out, take a grinder and seperate it at the seam, weld in patch pieces, and weld it back together.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to clean out the fuel tank? I thought about steam cleaning it and washing it out with fresh gas but I don’t know if that will work. My plan for this bike is to learn to ride, and get my motorcycle license.
