What the be the stock height of a 30 Model A? Measuring from the bottom of the very front frame horn to the ground. Wanting to mock up my chassis on blocks to see how much a 4 inch drop axle will lower the front end. I know that an original axle has some drop to it also. So I won't get the full 4 inches.

A so-called 4" drop axle is really only about 2.5" over stock.

A stock model A axle has a 1' drop from the factory.
Tire size, wheel size, weight of the engine, stock or reverse eyed front spring plus other factors all effect the final ride height.

But what is the stock ride height at the very front of a stock 30 model a coupe ? From the ground to bottom of very front of horn. That means being all original.
