Hey Hoodlum's The Picture Request Is Square Film being Well Square...

A Rectangle is not a Square...those go in the Rectangle Pic Thread...:D

This type of film used in many Box Cameras including the Brownie is 620 or C620 made from 1932 till 1995 or 6 and possibly still being sold from preservationists

They were cool Cameras...Basic but one of the quirky things was Easy Double exposure, Hand timed Shutter control, and some pics still hit my heart today and the Cameras are great to look at as a period detail anywhere in your mancave...

This is the last picture I have of my first project right after High School. I never finished the project due to enlisting in the Air Force in 1966. My last project, my 48 F1 in my gallery, is in part my promise to me to finish that radical custom that I started back in the middle 60's. Thanks for the comments. 29 with stationwagon top 001.jpg

I had a Kodak Instamatic camera that took square photos back in '65
This is my brother's Model A that he had for a school car until 1959.

    Model A in Peoria.jpg
It sat unused for the most part until he wanted it in Peoria. So, I get to drive it out there from northeast Nebr in '65. Took 2 leisurely days at top speed of 45. This was back before I80 was completed and no I29, so there were stretches going through towns like Davenport IA. Had some overheating problems and stopped at an overpass and swapped out a distributor (the car was crammed with extra parts)......not knowing what the heck I was doing. But it gave the Model A a chance to cool down and off I went.
My nephew has it now and is in the process of a complete tear-down and rebuild.
