I thought I remember that someone manufactured a steel frame to install in a steel '32 roadster body behind the seat area. Anyone know who that was ? Thanks Terry

Steadfast makes a set for putting a Model A body on a '32 frame. Is that what you were thinking of? Of course Brookfield makes the standard replacement parts.

I'm talking about a steel tubing structure that adds some strength and safety to the stock steel body. Usually it would give you a location to mount safety belts etc.

  6. New Age Motorsports builds a nice tubular structure for their glass five window. Hope it provides some ideas for your roadster. tapatalk_1570371890253.jpeg tapatalk_1570371898342.jpeg tapatalk_1570371914544.jpeg

That Ionia Hot Rod shop setup looks killer!

I’ll be watching this thread, I’m sure some good things have been done to deuces!

The 'bends' in the square tubing are the key. Can they be done easily? (for you)
If so, the fabrication is a breeze. If no wire welder, a 110 volt 150 amp welder will do it.
Hopefully, you can find a mfr. with the pre-fitted inner frame. But it looks 'iffy'...

Can't believe someone doesn't make one for the roadsters.
