I thought I remember that someone manufactured a steel frame to install in a steel '32 roadster body behind the seat area. Anyone know who that was ? Thanks Terry
Steadfast makes a set for putting a Model A body on a '32 frame. Is that what you were thinking of? Of course Brookfield makes the standard replacement parts.

I'm talking about a steel tubing structure that adds some strength and safety to the stock steel body. Usually it would give you a location to mount safety belts etc.
I have a picture saved from here. Ionia Hot Rod Shop made it. Dunno' if kit, or custom. There's threads here, where people have made their own. Here's the pic'. Thread : https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/32-roadster-body-bracing.543777/
New Age Motorsports builds a nice tubular structure for their glass five window. Hope it provides some ideas for your roadster. Phil

That Ionia Hot Rod shop setup looks killer! I’ll be watching this thread, I’m sure some good things have been done to deuces!
Not trying to be lazy, but do to health reasons I was looking for a premade unit. I'll try Ionia shop. Thanks......
Kilbourn Rod Shop in Illinois uses this in their fiber glass bodies. 1x1 box tubing. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Don't know if Walden's would make this for you. Ask? https://www.hotrod.com/articles/1932-ford-roadster-adding-safety-and-stability-to-any-car-interior/ Phil
The 'bends' in the square tubing are the key. Can they be done easily? (for you) If so, the fabrication is a breeze. If no wire welder, a 110 volt 150 amp welder will do it. Hopefully, you can find a mfr. with the pre-fitted inner frame. But it looks 'iffy'...
we dont offer a pre made kit but we could make you one. we would just need the car or your measurements.
Here is another source to check https://www.aplusrodandkustom.com/p...ry_id=49&vendor_id=-1&product_id=2594&print=Y Here's a nice 'how to do it': http://www.hotrodsandhemis.com/DeuceInteriorFramework/DeuceInteriorFramework.html I can't find anyone who builds the structure for you to adapt to your body.
