I don't keer.............but I love the rear side window on both of them!!:D
Either one should be a breeze because most of the pieces are there.

ok.so far .20 for the Buick .....4 for the Chrysler ..... 2 for either one.....Sell the Chrysler to build a Nailhead is a cool idea...The side window on the Chrysler was shortened when they slid the roof forward.. IMG_0521.jpg

ditto 6sally6........both will be hard to find trim for.....i would start with the one that you have the most trim for......and save the other for a "rainy day".

Mentioned in another thread about a platform swap for the Chrysler..frame and complete floor , firewall and dash if it's narrow enough...channel the body...lots of sawzall blades and mig consumables....1962 Buick full size. The 62 Buick is.I inch longer than the Chrysler..Nail head heaven..325 horse power 425 ft lbs of torque... image.jpeg

Which one do you want to stare at the dash of? You will be looking at the gauge cluster a lot while driving.

  14. WOW, 2 great cars, now that's a hard choice, but I like customs so I would choose the Buick. Good luck. ;):)

How long have you had the Chrysler without actually building it ? If the answer is too long you now have 2 cars that you may end up having for almost forever without building either.

So, choose one and get the lead out ! Of your butt :D:D:D

    I'd probably choose the 40.

Both nice bigger cars. And both great candidates for couple of the coolest big V8s ever built. But I have a 1953 Chrysler, and I say do the Buick. Pre-war is good. Buicks are swoopy. Coupes are cool. You said you enjoy just having the old cars. Agreed. Nice to have one or two in the wings... especially a chopped top car. And two or three cool old cars sitting together is always way better than just one poor old car sitting all alone LOL. And you have the room. Save the Chrysler till later. Do the Buick. And like Blue One so eloquently suggested... get off your butt. LOL.
